BREATHE IN THE GOOD SHIT.
Breathe Out the Bullshit.
Clarity Breathwork combines counseling and insight as well as a somatic experiential process where clients gain a deep level of insight, release emotional baggage, and actually feel the patterns shifting and transforming at a deep cellular level.
REIKI AND SHIT
In my private sessions, I use Tarot and Oracle cards to connect you with your own inner wisdom, intuition, and clarity. Together, we can work to unravel stuck places, find clarity and gain a sense of direction. You’ll leave our work together with a greater understanding of how you've been showing up in your own life, and a sense of where you truly want to go.
WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS
Weekly Month-long commitments to deep dive into the human condition and how we connect to our communities and the life cycles of the Earth. One 7-Hour day a week to include movement, meditation, field work, communal farm lunch with book/article discussions, and one 4-hour day a month to include reflections and integration, a Clarity Breathwork ceremony, and a catered Farm-to-table Lunch.
“I have experienced many different therapeutic modalities over the span of my life, from massage and chiropractic, to sound baths and reiki, drumming to psychedelic ceremonies, and none has affected me so profoundly and simply as the one Clarity Breathwork session that I had with Kendra. I am so incredibly grateful for the clarity I received.”
My name is Kendra Morgan, and I moved to Boise in 2016 from my lifetime home in interior Alaska. I'm a qualified Clarity Breathwork Practitioner working my way towards full certification, and truly believe that this kind of breathwork is a superior and transformative path to the great unraveling of our human conditionings. I intuitively use the tarot and cartomancy to gently lead myself and others through the shadow realms into clarity and self-healing. I also own and operate a small, urban seed and vegetable farm right here in Boise: Drunken Sailor Farm. You can buy my farm seeds through Snake River Seed Cooperative, my vegetables through the farm CSA membership, and join me down on the farm for integrative, spiritual, and educational workshops via the "Grow Yourself" programs.
